Strength training is crucial as people age. It helps them to lead healthier lifestyles, reducing risks of certain chronic diseases like arthritis, obesity, diabetes, and osteoporosis. As you get older, you begin to lose your bone density and muscle mass— it’s a natural and normal process.
We will help you and educate you.
That's why we will start a new project here in La Cala. The concept includes education, training and socializing.
We offer a 5.week program with 10 sessions for only 20euro. We have limited places. We want to keep each group to a maximum of 10 people.

Next Week we will be able to effer 3 different workshops at our gym in La Cala.
Learn from a true master! Sigursteinn Snorrason from Iceland.
- Graduated Iceland University of Education, Physical Education Teacher, Iceland
- Track and Field training and competition in sprinting events, Iceland
- International Master Instructor Course, Korea
- Former Head Coach, Taekwondo National Team of Iceland
- Former Head strength and Flexibility coach, Team Taipa, Korea
- Started Health and movement programs for the Elderly, Iceland
“As a coach/instructor I aim to excel with the best methods available and always look for new ways to reach goals. I believe everyone should be able and willing to move their body maintain it, recover from and keep away from injuries in any shape or form."

Mobility & Stretching
We will go over basic human movements such as the squat, lunge, walking and posture. Using light weights and basic tools as well as our own body,, we go over simple yet effective methods of maximising our range of motion, strengthening weak areas and releasing tight ares.
The main focus is on shoulders, hips and knees and we will give you information on how to address common problems in movement in everyday life. By addressing these area we can help reduce or even eliminate many common complaints such as muscle aches, back pain, inflammation and so on.

Kettlebells and human movement mechanics
We will go over basic kettlebell movement techniques and how to implement them in your training and daily life. Kettlebells are truly a remarkable tool, giving you ways to increase strength, balance, flexibility, cardio and so much more. Our method is based on human movement and widely used in martial arts and other performance sports.

The Golden Years – Senior Training
Our aim is to address the most common areas that tend to cause problem as we age. By addressing the early on or even after they have started, we can help make everyday life so much better, better posture, better feeling and an overall better life. This course will be somewhat based on the individual and we recommend private session to get the best out of your time. We will include stretching, & massage

¡Es hora: el 5 de noviembre comenzamos nuestro programa Kick & Box para adultos (la edad mínima es 16 años)! 6 semanas, un total de 12 sesiones.

Los principales beneficios con nuestro programa son:

- Reduce el estrés
Puedes patear y golpear para liberarte del estrés a los pocos minutos de la sesión de entrenamiento.
- Aumenta los niveles de confianza.
Aprender un programa de kick & box de defensa personal proporciona un impulso de confianza en uno mismo.
Mejora la coordinación
Al apuntar constantemente a objetivos y utilizar todas las extremidades principales, su coordinación mejorará drásticamente.
- Mejora el equilibrio
